Union Public Service Commission  (UPSC), Shahjahan Road, Dholpur House, New Delhi – 110069 will hold a Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) Examination, 2020 (Computer Based Test) on 19/01/2020 for selection for recruitment to following 102 Govt. Job Sarkari Naukri Vacancy posts of Geologist, Geophysicist, Chemist and Hydrogeologists (Scientist B) in Geological Survey of India (GSI) and in Central Ground Water Board (CGWB) departments of Government of India.

The recruitment examination will be held at various centres across the country. The Main
Examination will be held on 27th & 28th June 2020. (Examination Notice No. 02/2020‐GEOL)

UPSC Geo-Scientist Recruitment Exam 2020 Vacancies 

• Geologist Group A :  79 vacancies in Geological Survey of India, Age : 21-32 years as on 01/01/2020
• Geophysicist Group A :  05 vacancies in Geological Survey of India, Age : 21-32 years as on 01/01/2020
• Chemist Group A : 15 vacancies in Geological Survey of India, Age : 21-32 years as on 01/01/2020
• Jr. Hydrogeologists (Scientist B) Group A :  03 vacancies in Central Ground Water Board, Age : 21-35 years as on 01/01/2020
